Active Imagination Wins Four National Healthcare Awards

April 29, 2008

Houston, TX- Active Imagination has been recognized with four awards in the 25th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report. The Healthcare Advertising Awards is the oldest, largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition.

Active Imagination received four awards in total, two bronze and two merit awards.  The bronze awards were presented for outstanding work on a poster series for Emergency Health Centre and creative work completed for the Texas Children’s Cancer Center Texas Legend Gala.  Merit awards were also presented to Active Imagination for the design of an identity package and out of home advertisements for Emergency Health Centre.

"We are honored to receive these four awards from such a prestigious and respected national competition," said Beryt Nisenson, co-principal.  "Our staff takes pride in delivering creative solutions to meet the marketing needs of our healthcare clients and the work we completed for Emergency Health Centre and Texas Children's Cancer Center displays that talent. It's great to be recognized for work you love to do."

Over 4,400 entries were submitted this year for the Healthcare Advertising Awards and only 328 bronze awards were presented. All entries were judged by a national panel and were accessed based on creativity, effectiveness of the message and consumer appeal, among other criteria.
